Justice of the Peace , Nicky Mirro is certainly stupid enough to believe in police induced time warps or he's negligent in his obligation to carry out his duty with due diligence ...
And there's no third option here because the facts were laid out for him in a paint -by -numbers linear fashion & a simple phone call or a glance at the court docket would have confirmed them ...
So ,after this champion of justice gets finished sending a 19 year old to jail for failing to come up with $60, I get a lecture on the seriousness of the charges being tossed at me because he's flummoxed & confused ... I also get canned with a 5K cash bond ...
The falsehood conjured by the clown shoe & the white knight were just sufficient enough to hoodwink a wet brain who came here on vacation.
On Sept. 16th , I was arrested for violating a no contact order. I was in a Sussex County courtroom at the time.
The arrest stemmed from a claimed conversation that took place from 9/12 until 9/15 ... The complaint was filed on the 16th while the plaintiff was still in the midsts of messaging me. So, why they cutoff on the 15th ???
The officer already set the precedent for including a single conversation over multiple days
...
Here's why : Capt White Knight & the Clown Shoe were going for the trifecta... Three of these charges will catch you a stalking felony & some jail time.
Well , in their enthusiasm, they got a little over zealous & swore to some prejudicial, inflammatory , lies that are demonstrably false ... The claim was that after being arrested & released for a violation , I did it again, immediately.
Clown Shoe thought my hearing was at 9AM . She withheld the full conversation & lodged a complaint on the 18th ...
Now on the 16th , my hearing was at 1:30 PM on a Monday... Capital Police in Georgetown took me into custody around 2 PM ,where I remained until about 4PM ...
When I learned of the new warrant, I immediately went to the Georgetown Courthouse to turn myself in. I reported to the clerk's office to pay a traffic citation knowing they would see the warrant & it would trigger another arrest. (I would also have a time stamped reciept) . Sure enough , she notifies the Capital Police who expeditiously detain me.
I'm asked to take a seat . They leave me alone for about 15 minutes unattended.
They know.
They're able to put 2-2 together & come up with nothing.
They tell me to leave.
They're well aware shenanigans are afoot & they want to part of it.
As I walked out the courthouse doors , I was left to wonder how menaces to society were left to skip out the courthouse doors to the tune of "Before They Make Me Run" ,while the officers had full knowledge they had an active warrant on them.
I'm betting that # is ZERO .
So, I call New Castle County PD & ask them WTF ? An Officer Clark answers & sets up a Tuesday visit on my day off. This series of events must have embarrassed the Hell out of Cpl Sydnor & he makes a frantic call to Troop 7.
He made the right call. , Justice Nicky & Troop 7 aren't deterred by logic & the reality of linear time. They're willing to play along with this criminal harassment & any injustice necessary to save face.
I'll cover the rest of this botched abortion masquerading as police work & justice as I line up my notes to include the Delaware Dept. of Corrections in the coming slew of civil actions.
Don't just bob & weave, crack 'em with a left hook counter ...
